Eating lots of fruits made me put on weight. Think it is the sugar contents that's to blame. As from today, I am going to eat a normal breakfast instead of just fruits.
So here I am, back to my cheese toasts with home made green vegetable paste (parsley, broccoli & long beans). Kopi is still top of the item for my breaky.

Please replace your white bread with wholemeal and white rice with a special type of rice from Sarawak, Malaysia called Bajong as it has 0 fat as opposed to brown rice. Also replace regular salt with Himalaya pink colour salt.
I know someone who lost 20 kg just by altering the diet and exercising (cardio and strength) 4 times a week for 30 mins.

And yes, the fruit may have caused the weight gain.

Wow look delicious. Btw I just saw your message and reply in my blog. I also lost 20kg in a year through cardio and weigh exercise and eating less. This year must continue to exercise to maintain weight.
I am happy for you SL to lose those unwanted 20Kg. Now can enjoy food without
any worry :-)
