Water heater ( 25 L storage) need replacement

This 25L water heater is leaking badly and needed a replacement. The brand is "espa" and it has been with us for the last 11.5 years, far exceeding the normal life of about 7 years.
The bottom picture is that of "LA" another water heater in the master bedroom bathroom. It replaced the earlier "espa" which lasted only 6 years. In other words, LA has been installed about 5.5 years ago. It is still working.

It looks like I will have to scout around for a new water heater for our second bathroom (to replace "espa").
Understand that "Joven 25L" is a good option. It cost around $250 for the unit and $150 for installation.
Paying is one thing but running around looking for the water heater is another. Then there is also the troublesome part of waiting for the delivery and installation of the unit.

Salad, papaya,Kay Lee's roasted meat and haze

Yesterday was my fasting day. I fasted for 24 hours and ate chicken porridge and fruits for dinner (1 meal only). I did not snap any photos of the dinner.
This morning I ate a plate of cabbage and onion salad. I also had 1/4 of a papaya (photos below).

For dinner, we ate Kay Lee roasted meat at its newly open outlet at Bedok North St 1, Block 217. It was a 30 minute drive from our place. The meat was a big disappointment as compared to the one we ate at Tanjong Katong Road recently.
The duck was boney, the char siew was dry and the siew yok was salty.
We ordered the 3 types of meat for 2 people and 2 plates of white rice. The meal cost $25.10.
We would NOT recommend this place for anyone wishing to eat roasted meat.

The haze is still around. The PSI reading as at 5pm was 72 which is on the high end of the moderate range. Once the PSI enters the 100 mark, it means it is in the unhealthy range.

Terrorism does not deter people from becoming air crew

With all the negative news about people being killed by terrorists and planes bombed out of the sky, people still want to be crew.
I have temporarily stopped advertising the cabin crew wannabe seminar thinking that the response might not be good but was surprised to find that quite a few wannabes were asking me to conduct it.  A few also wanted me to coach them privately even if I charge them $400 for a 3 hour session. The reason is because there is going to be a SIA cabin crew interview in S'pore on 9 January 2016.
Flying is still a big deal compared to a desk bound job
Actually it's riskier flying these days but the chances of meeting the above mentioned incidences are still very slim.

Breakfast @ Chong Pang Market & dinner at home

This is the first time I tried the duck porridge at Chuan Kee. It's not as good as the duck rice. It contained a few small pieces of duck meat. The prices range from $3 to $5 a bowl. I had the small bowl. The Jack Fruits and Persimmon fruits are sweet and worth the money spent.

Oyakodon for dinner

Oyakodon (親子丼?), literally "parent-and-child donburi", is a donburi, or Japanese rice bowl dish, in which chicken, egg, sliced scallion (or sometimes regular onions), and other ingredients are all simmered together in a sauce and then served on top of a large bowl of rice. The name of the dish is a poetic reflection of the fact that both chicken and egg are used in the dish.

Jesus is the great Healer of our sicknesses

When the doctors can't cure, I will turn to God for help which I am doing now. I am talking about my skin rashes which is getting more severe by the day. However, without a doubt I know I will be well soon by God's grace!
Once I had panic attack and this is one affliction that only a fellow sufferer will understand. It was far worse than my current skin issue. It was incurable in my case. I have consulted a psychiatrist and a psychologist. I was on medication for a few years but my condition got worse.
I stopped consulting the specialists and I asked Billy Paul Branham from the USA, son of a great prophet by the name of William Marrion Branham to pray for me. He did pray for me and 6 years later, I was completely healed.
Below were the exchange of emails between me and Bro. Billy Paul Branham.
