Japan the land of instant & cup noodles

I love the instant/cup noodles especially when there are so many varieties. The noodles are cheap and yummy. One can't help enjoying the noodles when in Japan.
We are not too worried about what people said about eating the instant noodles because many Japanese who are eating are living into their 80s and 90s. In fact, the founder of Nissin cup noodles lived until 96 years old. He ate instant/cup noodles almost everyday. My father-in-law eats the noodles often and now is in his mid 80s with no health issues at all.
