Still maintaining my weight




I cooked the bee hoon and spinach or bayam and had them for lunch.The curry puff was for dinner. The bee hoon was stir fried with chopped garlic and small pieces of meat. The same went for the spinach. Of course, I used a little bit of oil and light soya sauce. I also made my own yogurt and had it for afternoon tea. All in all my weight still remained the same (69.4 kg) when I got up this morning.


How I made my yogurt

I mixed a teaspoon of honey and apple cider vinegar and stirred well. Then I poured fresh milk into the mixture and voila my homemade yogurt!
