Simple meal = weight loss





Due to eating of CNY treats and heavy meals, I put on almost a kilo in my weight. However, after slowing down on the heavy intake and having a simple meal yesterday like the one above, I lost all the weight that I picked up. Now it is back to 72.6 kg for me.

Wah 72???gemuk!

Replace 2 meals with cereal for the next 2 weeks and you will lose weight.

Eating cereal for 2 weeks is good if you like it but to
me life is more than cereal. So many yummy food to eat
so don't waste your life eating cereal only. Whatever you
eat, eat in moderation and enjoy them lol

No I mean eat cereal until you get your desired weight since you said you put on weight due to overeating during CNY.
