The people who stole from the NTUC shopping mall must be out of their mind. There are cameras everywhere and the culprits will be caught. I don't know the nationalities of the shoplifters but I was told most were not Singaporeans.

7 arrested for theft at NTUC Finest, Seletar Mall
The people who stole from the NTUC shopping mall must be out of their mind. There are cameras everywhere and the culprits will be caught. I don't know the nationalities of the shoplifters but I was told most were not Singaporeans.
