Met this retired senior staff from SIA at Marina Bay area. We exchanged greetings although we weren't close friends nor colleagues. Nice chap. He has retired some years ago. He and his wife were actually waiting for the gondola ride.
He told me he used to visit my blog and the things that I mentioned were true. He gave 2 examples where he was personally involved, one was the caviar case pax and the other about the Japanese pax who demanded to be compensated with a jumbo jet because the cabin crew spilled drinks on him.
