Quite a relaxing day for me. Weather was hot and humid until about 4pm when it poured. After the rain, the evening was less humid and more comfortable.
Ate a lot of fruits in the morning after a cup of home brewed coffee. Lunch was light. It was a bowl of Japanese rice, grilled salmon and some Japanese pickles.
Did not eat until about 7:30 pm, had ban mian and a cup of mocha + cheese cakes at Seletar Kopi and Cedele respectively.

I had all the above today. The chicken curry was a mistake because what I wanted was Hainanese Chicken Chop rice set from Toast Box. The meal wasn't available at this particular Toast Box. I had been eating curry chicken for my last few meals. It's not that the one served by Toast Box wasn't good but the one that my wife cooked over the weekend was much much better.
The dinner was a simple bowl of ban mian served at Seletar Kopitiam. This one is about one of the best ban mian in Singapore.

This Kopitiam at Seletar Hills is very quiet and less crowded than most foodcourts on any day. Even today (Sunday), the place is deserted. Only a few stalls are operating and most have closed shop due to poor business since opening 4 or 5 years ago.
We were there around 11:30am and had the Banmian as well as the Old Change Kee's curry puffs and prawn fritter. The food was good.
Next door is the Cold Storage Supermart. There is a Toast Box too.
