I had to same problem in Emergency Department in SengKang. The doctors are terrible at drawing blood. They are poorly trained in simple phlebotomy. It is better to request for nurses to draw. Not only did they puncture the vein i.e. poking through vein and out on the other side causing the bruising, they also pick the entry point where the joints are making it painful whenever the hand or arm move
