Japanese wagyu beef for dinner
We bought the above beef steak from a supermarket for dinner. The topmost one is the fillet (170 gm) and the second picture is the sirloin. The wagyu beef is tender and delicious. We heated it lightly (medium rare) and add a bit of salt and pepper.
