Home cooked lunch

This was my lunch. It's made up of fried rice, miso soup and broccoli salad. The last picture was the yam cake from Toast Box which I had for dinner plus Old Chang Kee curry puff and fish balls (no pic).

with that. What! you make fried rice with brown
rice??

White rice is bad but I don't know anyone who uses brown rice for fried rice.

Avoid white carbs.

Medical journal on white rice.

Potatoes, rice and yam?

Thats a serious combination.
Try to eat only 1 type or none at all...
definitely not all 3 types of carbohydrates!

Carbohydrates are the source of diabetes, weight gain,
especially for people who do not exercise much.
(bee-hoon, yellow noodles, rice cakes, carrot cakes, bread, etc)
