Home cooked lunch
This was my lunch. It's made up of fried rice, miso soup and broccoli salad. The last picture was the yam cake from Toast Box which I had for dinner plus Old Chang Kee curry puff and fish balls (no pic).

Healthy except for the fried rice made of white rice.
Thats a serious combination. Try to eat only 1 type or none at all... definitely not all 3 types of carbohydrates!
Carbohydrates are the source of diabetes, weight gain, especially for people who do not exercise much. (bee-hoon, yellow noodles, rice cakes, carrot cakes, bread, etc)

Most people eat white rice and nothing is wrong
with that. What! you make fried rice with brown
rice??
White rice is bad but I don't know anyone who uses brown rice for fried rice.
Avoid white carbs.
