You can get almost anything at Chong Pang Market

Went to Chong Pang Market/Hawker Center this afternoon for nasi lemak from a Chinese stall. It's as good if not better than the ones at Changi Village. I ordered the set "C" (shown in the photo above) which is very good. It comes with a piece of otak, fried chicken wing, long beans and the sambal. It is relatively cheap ($3) and the rice is green in colour because of the pandan leaves. Overall, worth going there to have this nasi lemak.
Next, I had the sugarcane juice which was delightfully refreshing on a hot humid afternoon. A small cup with ice cubes is $1.10 and it's from a stall called "Lucky". At other stalls in Chong Pang itself, it may cost you 20 cents more.
At downtown satay club, this cup of juice may cost you $2.

We also shopped for Jack fruits, potatoes,a pair of kitchen scissor, sieves etc etc.
