I was about to enter NEX Mall when I spotted this sign board. It is disheartening to know that there are so many cases of theft even with the presence of cctv cameras all over the mall. The victim is this case is NTUC supermarket. 23 cases since Oct last year. What about those thieves that were not caught? Perhaps another 100 or so cases left uncaught.

The authorities had to chain the signboard otherwise it will be carted away too :)
The petty thieves are usually foreign workers.
