Haircut at EC & home cooked lunch

Went for a haircut at EC (Nex Mall). As one who is over 65, I was charged $10. The others have to pay $12. This barber shop is owned by a Japanese company I was told. The styling is fairly good. I get my haircut once in 2 months.
When I was a kid the barber used to visit me at my home. He charged me 50 cents for a haircut but that was 65 years ago. When I was a little older, I used to visit the Chinese barber shops. They would clean my ears after each haircut. It was if I am not wrong, $1 per cut. Then, there were the Indian barbers and they would massage your shoulder and twist your neck after the haircut. If you are unlucky, you would leave the shop with a twisted neck.

Spaghetti with green mussels for lunch
