Aiya I am so grateful to the Traffic Police for exonerating me for going beyond the speed limit. No la I didn't appeal but was pleasantly surprised to get this letter from them. I saved the $130 but best of all I do not get the 4 demerit points.
Some employers should take the cue from the Traffic Police and not punish their staff for the slightest mistake.
Btw, if there is any vacancy in the TP department, I would like to work for them (minimum salary is ok for me).
