Hotel rooms opened without using keys/key cards



Some overseas hotel rooms where the crew are staying could be opened from the outside without having to use their key cards. One may wonder what will happened when someone access the crew's rooms while they are sleeping or when they out? Crew may be molested or have their things stolen.
Early this year, a leading stewardess's room had her peephole altered. She claimed someone was peeping at her from the outside of the door (picture below). She could have sued the hotel for negligence and invasion of privacy like this lady.
