Grilled sambal sting ray at Chong Pang

This is the grilled sambal sting ray rice set ($6.50) The taste was quite good and spicy and I had it at a Chong Pang Village coffee shop. It was very popular in the evening and the place was crowded. It took me 20 minutes to get my food.
